How long have you been in the automotive industry?
20 years.
Can you share a moment in your career when you felt especially proud or recognized?
When my office earned a 100% audit score, the first time that milestone had ever been achieved under my leadership as Controller. It wasn’t just a personal accomplishment, it reflected the hard work, dedication, and commitment of my entire team. Celebrating that success together remains one of the most rewarding moments of my career.
What excites you most about the future of the automotive industry?
The pace of change we’re experiencing. New technology is reshaping how teams work, how problems get solved, and how decisions get made. Throughout my career, I’ve always gravitated toward challenging the status quo and finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done, so this moment in the industry feels especially energizing. It’s inspiring to be part of an industry that’s not only embracing innovation but actively encouraging leaders to turn bold ideas into real results. Being part of this shift is something I’m truly excited about, and I’m eager to contribute as the industry continues to evolve.
What are your favorite hobbies or interests?
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through Pilates, strength training, and exploring new hiking trails. Prioritizing my health helps keep me energized, grounded, and ready to take on new challenges. More than anything, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and creating lasting memories together. Whether we’re traveling to new destinations, attending a music concert, catching the latest movie, or simply enjoying a quiet weekend.
If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of career advice, what would it be?
To stay true to yourself and have the confidence to use your voice. Don’t hesitate to speak up, even when your ideas feel different from everyone else’s. Those fresh perspectives are often what spark real change. Authenticity is one of the greatest strengths you can bring into your career. It shapes how you build relationships, how you collaborate, and how you share what you know. Some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from learning from others, and in turn, helping others grow. When you lead with authenticity and invest in the people around you, you don’t just move your own career forward. You strengthen your team, support future leaders, and leave a lasting impact on your organization.
